Common questions
How do I join a household?
Open the invite link on your iPhone. Or open Spongi, tap Join with a code, then scan the QR code or type the invite code.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. You’ll get an email with a link to set a new one. If you signed up with Apple or Google, sign in that way instead.
Our household is full.
The free plan has room for two members. One Premium subscription makes room for everyone in the household.
How do I cancel Premium?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Spongi. Apple handles all billing.
How do I restore Premium on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore on the Premium screen in Spongi.
How do I delete my account?
In Spongi, go to Settings and tap Delete account. This permanently deletes your account.
Does Spongi work on other phones?
No. Spongi is iPhone-only for now.
