For families
Retire as the family reminder service.
Spongi gives everyone from 10 up their own chores, points for the effort and a reminder when it’s their turn. The family works toward one weekly goal. You stop repeating yourself.
Sound like your house?
-
“I’ll do it later.”
Later was three days ago.
-
The chart on the fridge.
Great in week one. Under a pizza menu by week three.
-
One parent runs everything.
Someone remembers the swimming bags, the bins and the dentist. Usually the same someone.
How Spongi helps at home
-
Their list, on their phone
Kids from 10 get their own chores and reminders from Spongi, not another message from you. Setting the table for your 10-year-old, the bathroom for your 15-year-old. Points follow the effort, so both count.
-
Points, a family goal and trophies
Every chore earns points for effort, and they all count toward one family goal. Trophies for ten big jobs or covering for a sibling. No ranking of your kids.
-
Parents count too
Fair share looks at the adults as well, including the planning nobody sees. Agree on a split that suits your weeks.
-
Thanks, not another lecture
Every chore done shows up in the activity feed. Tap Thanks. The Monday recap shows how the family did.
Spongi is for kids from 10, teens and adults. Free is for two members and a family is usually bigger, so you’ll want Premium. One subscription covers everyone. Free vs Premium
Questions
What age is Spongi for?
From about 10. Kids under 16 need your permission and join a household you manage.
Is Spongi safe for kids?
No ads, no tracking and no strangers. Kids only see their own household. You can remove them from it any time, and we delete their account when you ask.
Does every family member need Premium?
No. One subscription covers the whole household.
Can we start for free?
Yes. The free plan covers two members, so you can set up rooms and chores first and upgrade when you invite the rest of the family.
Does everyone need an iPhone?
Yes. Everyone who ticks off chores needs their own iPhone with Spongi.
